Which Was To Be Understood

My original paintings explore the relationships between the world we live in and the worlds we sense , but can't perceive directly. Phantasmagoric patterns riff in and out of natural subject matter, yielding imagery that is at once contemplative and energetic. When I paint, I examine the life forms and landscapes we so often take for granted, and try to conjure what their secret lives might might reveal.  My pieces weave together the fleeting and the eternal, the ordinary and the Divine.
